Nicholas Raineri is a skilled legislative strategist and political advisor with extensive experience in U.S. government and campaign management. At the Department of Defense, he played a key role in establishing the Office of Strategic Capital, drafting legislative texts, and securing full funding for the initiative.
Nicholas has served as a senior advisor to Members of Congress, including Rep. Byron Donalds and Rep. Dan Meuser, where he demonstrated leadership in campaign strategy and legislative successes. As Senior Advisor to Rep. Donalds, he managed vote-tracking efforts and led campaigns for House GOP Conference Chair and Speaker of the House. As Chief of Staff for Rep. Meuser, Nicholas oversaw an 18-member team and a $1.3 million budget, advising on policy and committee assignments.
He was also Executive Director of the Main Street Caucus, building the second-largest Republican caucus in the House and advising on policy issues such as financial services and national security. In addition, as Director of Member Services for Rep. Jim Banks, Nicholas coordinated activities for 211 Republican Members and managed key committee portfolios.
